Meet The Team

I have over 17 years of experience in Construction recruitment, specialising in Tier 1, senior management, specialist, and directorship placements. After working for a large national recruitment company, my good friend (now business partner) and I co-founded Invision, which has been the best thing we’ve ever done! Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf 'terribly' and exploring new destinations in Asia.

I started my recruitment career in 2005 and have always worked within the Construction Recruitment Industry, building long-lasting relationships with top professionals and talents. These connections laid the foundation for Invision Recruitment, established over 12 years ago with my childhood friend and business partner, Steve. My enthusiasm for recruitment remains strong, but I also find time to relax. I enjoy spending time with my young family, playing football occasionally, and fitting in the odd round of golf.

As the Associate Director at Invision Recruitment Ltd, I have over ten years of experience in construction recruitment. I excel in connecting talented professionals with top market opportunities, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike. I also oversee the business's operational and strategic development – including mentoring/coaching our team of consultants alongside Areen.

I've been with Invision Recruitment for 10 years, progressing from Trainee Consultant to Associate Director. I partner with leading main contractors, providing top candidates in Production, Commercial, and Design sectors. I also mentor/coach our team of consultants alongside Luke Smith. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, watching football, listening to dance music, and cooking.

I began my recruitment career at Invision in 2021, spanning Commercial, Technical, and Design sectors before focusing on Technical, Preconstruction, and Design. Understanding clients' and candidates' needs is my strength—I aim to pinpoint exactly what they're looking for. When not recruiting I am looking after my plant collection which has grown significantly in the past year, now exceeding 20 plants with minimal casualties.
