Job details
My client are an established contractor operating nationwide across UK and Ireland. They are well-known for large scale regeneration projects and reinventing communities with major refurbishment projects. As a company they have a very successful refurbishment division, with contracts across Internal and External Decent Homes, Retrofit, Fire Safety and more.
They have recently secured two long standing contracts across London and are looking to onboard experienced Site Managers with a strong portfolio across the Social Housing Refurbishment sector.
- Site Manager Required (Decent Homes)
- North London based project
- Scope of Works: Internal Refurbishment – Kitchens & Bathrooms, Internal Decorations. External Refurbishment – Windows & Doors, External Brickwork and Concrete Repairs, Balcony Replacements, Roofing Works, Cladding Works.
- Salary: Up to £60k plus package
