Invision Recruitment are partnered with a leading developer, originally established in 1996 who specialise in regenerating brownfield sites into desirable and sustainable living spaces. With a strong focus on design and environmental impact, they transform former industrial areas into vibrant communities.
The Position
You will be responsible to commercially lead this phase 1 from inception through to completion, responsible for cash management, by minimising cost and maximising value through proactive analysis and facilitation of works packages and the building process to maximise profitability for the business, reporting into a visiting Commercial Manager.
The Project
The master plan for the Greenfield site envisions building 4,600 homes over the next 25-30 years across multiple phases, with phase 1 commencing early 2025, which will consist of 220 Units.
