Invision Recruitment is representing a Premier Construction company who are seeking to recruit to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Project Lead) on a Residential/ Student Accommodation project in the Canterbury. My client is a large Construction company turning over in excess of £900 million, Optimizing to build quality over quantity. They have a large presence within London & the South East.
The Position
You will be responsible to commercially lead this project from inception through to completion, responsible for cash management, by minimising cost and maximising value through proactive analysis and facilitation of works packages and the building process to maximise profitability for the business, reporting into a visiting Commercial Manager.
The Project - circa £90m - Canterbury
This new project consists of a new-build Residential/ Student Accommodation development that consists of Circa 900 Units across mid-rise RC Frame towers up to 11 storeys in height.
