Job details
My client are a Hertfordshire based contractor operating across London and the Southeast. They have a strong pre-existing client base spanning across Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Education Providers, Healthcare Providers and Private Clients. My client are dedicated to providing excellent external refurbishment services across their clients, specifically across the roofing and retrofit spaces. Within the roofing sector, my client offer a variety of roofing services including Bituminous, Asphalting, Waterproofing Systems, Tiling & Slating, Leadwork and more.
They are currently looking to onboard a Contracts Manager to oversee 3/4 pitched roofing projects consisting of Social Housing and Academic Institutions.
- Pitched Roofing Contracts Manager Required
- London & Home Counties
- Scope of Works: Overseeing multiple flat and roofing projects concurrently across Social Housing and Education sectors.
- Salary: Up to £70k plus package
