I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging anywhere between £20 - £50 Million in value, for projects within the commercial offices for both developers and tenants; retail, leisure and hospitality facilities; education schemes; and residential schemes for both developers and private owners. my client’s extensive portfolio includes a range of restoration projects and historic buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans outlining the scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within approved limits.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential delays.
- Assemble and lead project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Handover and Closeout.
