Our client is an award-winning contractor who operate across London and the Southeast. They have multiple divisions across the company which has provided a strong pipeline of projects for years to come.
They are looking for an experienced, client facing Contracts Manager with experience in Cladding Remediation. The successful candidate must be capable in managing multiple projects concurrently, from programming and planning to delivery. The client is looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of the contractual elements required for the position.

- Various locations around London
- Salary: £75,000 - £85,000
- Scope of works: Cladding remediation ensuring compliance with new legislation.
- Running 2-3 schemes concurrently
