I am currently representing a company who specialise in high-quality public realm and landscaping schemes, as well as highway and civil engineering projects.
Working across both public and private sectors, their integrated approach enables us to be agile and flexible to adapt and deliver anything from smaller-scale developments to multi-million-pound projects.
The Position:
You’ll be responsible for managing the entire bid process from research to tender submission and onto interview. Reporting into the Preconstruction Director, you will be required to identify, manage, and submit qualitative responses, as well as manage the responses to invitations to tender to secure new opportunities for the company in line with business procedures.
You will be involved in both strategic, operational and hands on organisation and supervision of the timely collation and submission of all EOI, PQQ and ITT tender submissions for major residential projects.
